ORTA Membership Application

You can make a membership application now online. ORTA does not have membership dues.

Please review below information carefully before proceeding.

• You must reside in the State of Oregon, or Washington State's Clark or Skamania Counties.
• You need a credit card (VISA, MC, AmEx, DISCOVER) in your name with the billing address within above locations.
• We will verify your name and address for ORTA membership records by having PayPal charge your credit card just one cent.
• Please make sure you choose the option to donate with a credit card, and select "Share your mailing address" option at the next screen.
• Once donation is completed successfully, you will be redirected to fill a membership information form to finish the application.
